Residences Picasso

The Picasso Residences were created with the aim of offering diversified housing solutions within a single context. The project is divided into two distinct residential complexes, united by a coherent architectural language and refined aesthetics. The first building is characterised by clean volumes and pure lines, with an essential architecture that interprets modern living with sobriety and elegance. The second complex instead presents a more material and articulated image, thanks to the use of natural stone. The two building bodies interact through a balance between lightness and solidity. The overall composition enhances typological variety within a unified system. The project integrates formal differences without losing architectural coherence. The result is a balanced, contemporary residential development with a strong sense of identity.
