Residences Assisi

Palazzo Assisi is a project included in the development of ResidenzeZero in the south-eastern area of Vicenza, as part of a wider residential regeneration intervention. The building consists of five housing units designed to meet contemporary technological needs, with particular attention to efficiency and comfort. The project integrates advanced solutions that respect the surrounding environment and reduce its impact. The architectural concept stems from the intention to combine contemporaneity with a domestic dimension, maintaining a welcoming residential character. The compositional choices aim to ensure a balance between functionality and aesthetic quality. The building is conceived as a high-tech housing system, oriented towards innovation. At the same time, it maintains a strong connection with the everyday needs of families. The result is a harmonious, technological architecture attentive to its urban context.
