The Picasso Residences were conceived to offer diverse housing solutions within a single context. The project is organized into two distinct residential complexes, united by a coherent architectural language and refined aesthetic.
The first building is characterized by clean volumes and simple lines — an essential architecture that interprets modern living with subtlety and elegance. The second complex, in contrast, presents a more tactile and articulated appearance through the use of natural stone.
