Residences Poli

The Poli Residences were created with the aim of regenerating a disused building in the residential area of Bassano del Grappa, integrating it harmoniously into the surrounding urban fabric. The intervention proposes the creation of a residential complex composed of two housing units distributed over two levels. The transformation of the building aims to restore architectural quality and value to the existing context. The ground-floor unit features a private garden, designed as a space for relaxation and outdoor living. The first-floor residence instead includes a spacious terrace, conceived to enjoy the outdoors with comfort and continuity. The homes are distinguished by attention to construction and compositional details. The project combines aesthetics and functionality within a well-served residential context. The result is a balanced intervention that merges urban regeneration with quality of living.
