Residences Zebio

Palazzo Zebio is a project born from the intention to convert a damaged portion of the urban fabric into a new multi-family residential development, capable of meeting modern housing requirements. The intervention includes the creation of six residential units set within an elegant context, close to the city center and well connected to major service areas. The strategic location allows easy access to sports, cultural, and commercial facilities, as well as good connections to the existing road network. The project is distinguished by the integration of housing comfort and innovative technologies aimed at improving quality of life. Particular attention is given to sustainability and the energy efficiency of the entire building system. This approach led to the definition of the ResidenzeZero, designed as high environmental performance units. The new residences represent a housing model focused on energy consumption and its relationship with the urban context. The result is an intervention that combines urban regeneration, innovation, and quality of living.
