Villa Gea

A home inspired by African design will be built in the municipality of Monteviale, creating a dialogue between aesthetic identity and the surrounding landscape. The project stems from the desire to reinterpret typical African materials and colour schemes, characterised by strong contrasts and bold chromatic accents. These elements are inserted within a modern and restrained architectural framework, capable of maintaining balance and formal coherence. The intervention takes into account the relationship with the surrounding environment, avoiding invasive or dissonant solutions. The space develops on a single level, emphasising continuity between interior and exterior. This relationship is reinforced by the visual sequence between the entrance and the end wall, which opens the view onto the greenery of the trees. The project seeks a balance between compositional linearity and material and chromatic expressiveness. The result is a home that harmoniously blends contemporary essentiality with exotic influences.
