Villa M

Villa M was created from the renovation of a historic residence, transformed to meet the needs of two young clients. The intervention reinterprets the existing building, preserving its original character while updating it in a contemporary key. The villa is developed over two levels, establishing a balanced composition between solidity and elegance. The interior spaces are designed to convey a sense of welcome, comfort, and modernity, responding to the needs of contemporary living. The stone façade retains a strong material and identity-driven character. The play of thicknesses introduces variations and depth that lighten the perception of the volume. This compositional balance creates a dialogue between traditional construction and contemporary architectural language. The result is a residence that combines historical memory with a new architectural interpretation.
