Villa Tea

Villa Tea is a project that embodies the balance between strength and delicacy in contemporary architecture. The design is simple yet impactful, featuring solid and robust forms that define the ground floor. These volumes give the villa a strong and grounded base, firmly anchoring it within the surrounding natural context. In fact, the lower level integrates with the landscape, establishing a direct dialogue with the greenery. In contrast, the first floor is characterised by lighter and more refined forms that introduce a sense of openness and lightness. The choice of a darker colour palette for the upper level enhances its distinction from the natural environment. This contrast becomes a design element, strengthening the architectural presence of the villa. The result is a dynamic balance between solidity, lightness, and the relationship with the surrounding landscape.
