Ville di Campedello

The Campedello villas were created with the aim of enhancing a new residential area set within a green context in Vicenza, currently in its final stages of completion. The project combines quality of living with a strategic position along one of the city’s main thoroughfares, while maintaining a visual relationship with the surrounding landscape. A central theme is the balance between public and private space, addressed through a design solution that encourages interaction among residents. Along the street frontage, access points, green areas, and communal spaces have been planned as places for meeting and informal gathering. The architecture reinterprets the typical characteristics of local housing in a contemporary key, through simple and recognisable volumes. The residential units are developed as independent buildings, connected by a continuous system of greenery and shared spaces. This organisation strengthens the sense of community and helps define a unified identity for the entire development. The result is a residential complex that integrates architectural quality, social interaction, and a strong relationship with the landscape.
